Jade Chariot
November 2010
One of the jade chariots unearthed in the BingMaYong tomb. The horses are half the size of life-size horses. So many people were crowded around looking at this historical artifact.

Xi'an Traffic
November 2010
I took this photo looking out from the old city wall. I love how it has thousands of years of history, and on the complete other side a modernized and developing city.

Stone Soldiers
November 2010
Some of the Terracotta Warriors lined up at the back of Pit 1. There were 3 pits of soldiers, but Pit 1 was by far the biggest.

Xi'an Boy
November 2010
After visiting the South City Wall, Katie and I walked around the local streets in the area. We found this street market with tons of calligraphy, painting's, brushes, stencils and more. This little boy was waiting for his Mum (in the background), and was just so adorable.

BingMaYong (Terracotta Warriors)
November 2010
This weekend Katie and I took a trip to Xi'an, famous for their terracotta warriors. They really were amazing. There were just so many, and up to this day they continue to uncover more and more.
